Biederman Memorial on the move for 2015


The most prestigious event on the 2015 Outlaw schedule, The Biederman Memorial will have a new home at Flamboro Speedway on September 5, 2015.

OSCAAR and the management of Flamboro Speedway are very excited to bring the memorial race back to the track that started it all. Don spent many a Saturday night thrilling the fans at Flamboro, so to see the event back at Flamboro is very fitting.
Since the first Memorial in 2000, it has become the must win event of every super late model driver, and the champions trophy reads as a who’s who in racing. This years’ 50 lap feature event will be one the fans will not want to miss as every driver will be looking to add his name to the trophy.
As OSCAAR prepares to celebrate their 25th Anniversary, this is just the latest news that will provide racing fans with the excitement that they come to expect each and every week.
Don Biederman passed away in 1999 after a long battle with cancer. With many wins here in Ontario on the short tracks. Don is also one of four Canadians to ever win the Oxford 250. Don was also inducted into the Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame in 2001, alongside the greats of racing.
