Peterborough ON. May 19, 2022 – The Ontario Stock Car Association of Asphalt Racers (OSCAAR) is proud announce a multi-year deal with Qwick Wick Fire Starter, the World’s best fire starter, as the title sponsor of the OSCAAR Hot Rods, Ontario’s premier traveling stock car racing series.
This season the Qwick Wick OSCAAR Hot Rods Series will transport race fans back in time to the earliest days of racing in Ontario and are scheduled to race at oval asphalt track like Sunset Speedway, Flamboro Speedway, Delaware Speedway, Peterborough Speedway, Sauble Speedway and on the dirt at Brighton Speedway.
The Qwick Wick OSCAAR Hot Rods feature full steel, stock appearing race cars from 1952- 1974 and since their inception they have quickly become a fan favorite. Fans can cheer for their favorite brand with Fords, Chev, Dodges, AMC all competing on the track for the coveted checkered flag.
